I need donuts and coffee for a meeting tomorrow! What can I do?
No worries, we got you! You can call the location closest to you or go to www.donutbank.com and order online.

Do you sell Coffee to Go in quantity?
We sure do! Coffee for 6 (96 oz. plus cups and condiments)

I need a copy of my receipt, how do I get one?
Send us an email with the date of purchase, location and the last 4 digits of your credit card to our contact form, easy peasy!

What type of oil are your donuts fried in?
We use Trans Fat Free Soybean oil.

Do you offer Vegan or Gluten Free products?
We currently have a Gluten Friendly Muffin available and are always working on new products.

What are the common allergens in your facility and products?
Wheat, Soy, Nuts, Dairy (milk products or powder), Eggs, Sesame Seeds, Red Dye #40 and Yellow Dye #5.

Do you ship your products?
Our donuts do not contain synthetic stabilizers or preservatives and are best consumed within 24 hours of being made. So no, we’re sorry but we do not offer shipping. If you must show your support, we do have our gift cards, T-shirts and coffee available for purchase online.

Can I order custom cookies?
You betcha’!! We prefer a 48 hour notice for all custom designs. Please email your design ideas and questions to designs@donutbank.com and a member of our decorating team will contact you.

I forgot to give my phone number for my rewards. How do I get my points?
No worries, we just need to verify your purchase. Send an email to our contact form, we’ll need the date, store location, amount of purchase, and phone number associated with the rewards account and we’ll get those points added!
